A note from Pastor MacDonald:
Worship services this weekend will be held in the sanctuary and we will resume our celebration of the Lord's Supper! We will also share in our liturgy with its accompanying music at that time. While communion will be available, please do not feel any pressure to share if you are uncomfortable just now. You should come when you are comfortable and can simply commune by way of prayer in your seat until that time!
The bathrooms nearest the fellowship hall will be prepared with gel, wipes, and gloves. Sanitizer and wipes will also be available at the entrance to the church. We will continue to observe distancing with 6-foot spacing. Every other pew will be roped off to facilitate proper distancing.
It is also important to wear a mask while indoors for worship at this time. We wish to continue these precautions and act carefully both for ourselves and our neighbor in faith. Any who are not feeling well should not feel any pressure to come out and join us during this time. For the good of all, you should stay home if you are sick.
We are also bound by the law to keep our numbers to 50 or less. Our ushers will be counting attendees at the services; please understand if we happen to hit the 50 mark before you arrive.
All are encouraged to attend and share the word of God! We will continue to record the service in the sanctuary and post it online, normally by Sunday evening each week.
The Lord bless us as we prepare to gather again in this way!
Lunch Bunch has resumed meeting! Next meeting is Aug. 12 at 12 noon in the fellowship hall. Contact Marilyn Gere for more information.
