We are thrilled that Andy Pronsati has joined us. He will be our Director of Christian Outreach (DCO) intern for the next year. In order to give church members a chance to meet Andy, we had an ice cream social and a special coffee hour following our first two worship services in August.

For the first time, St. John Church had a booth at the annual Meriden Daffodil Festival. We sold apple fritters. This venture naturally required a lot of volunteers, but that's OK, because we always have many people willing to lend a hand! The first several photos shows some of the prep work on the apples prior to making the fritters. The next set shows some of the goings-on at the booth at the Daffodil Festival.
